Personal Training:  Conducted in 30 min and 1 hr. blocks.  We design a program specific for your goals and capabilities.

 

 Small Group Training: Conducted in 1 hr. blocks. Workout with up to 3 others to increase the fun and excitement.

 

Corporate Training: JT's corporate fitness program can save a company significant dollars. Especially, with fitter and healthier employees, employers see a reduction in absenteeism, turnover, injuries, stress, claims and compensation cost.
